  • Rewrote plastics manufacturer’s ISO 9001 & QS 9000 documentation and process flow documentation governing Management Review, Contract Review, and Engineering Procedures in preparation of new TS certification.

  • Led aerospace manufacturer’s ISO 9000 process flow initiatives, resulting in a 50% cycle-time reduction of RFQ and purchase order (PO) processing.

Mergers, Acquisitions and Joint Ventures –

  • Executive leadership of negotiations and successful implementation between Fortune 100 health care provider and American Insurance Group (AIG) of a $30 million joint venture for the establishment of managed care in Hong Kong and Singapore.

  • Executive participation in the acquisition of two Canadian companies for leading automotive tool and equipment manufacturer, and their relocation to the United States.
