  • Responsible for operational consolidation and facility closings in the United States and Canada with subsequent transfers of personnel and production to other facilities.
  • Responsible for establishing international sub-assembly and sales facility in Europe for Pentair.
  • Responsible for multi-site consolidation and establishment of single site European sales and distribution center for NordicTrack.
  • Responsible for re-writing ISO-9002 documentation pertaining to Corporate Management, Sales, Marketing, and Design Engineering with process flow schematics for ICM Plastics.
  • Managed and directed process flow for internal processes at Hitchcock Industries, including processes pertaining to sales, marketing, estimating engineering, customer and technical services.
